I've never had a remotely positive experience here. The employees are rude and inept. There's always a wait - OPEN ANOTHER STORE.
Came to just pick up a phone. Tried to sell me a bunch of crap I didn't want or need. And because I put in the wrong card number for my order they wouldn't let me pay for it any other way! Ridiculous.
Avoid this store at all cost. If Verizon's got you by the balls with their unlimited data go to Cellular Plus - there are several stores located throughout Billings.
