At first we got a room in the top floors. Toilet not working, airco not working, wallpaper coming off wall - supershabby. Next room was better, renovated. But airco made horrible noise, even not on.
Room service is literally low! The food quality is not good enough! Staff 's behavior is normal but not friendly enough! Rooms are so dirty ! Such a waste of money

Hard to say anything positive about this place. Dirty rooms, bad service and the breakfast is never ready when they promise it. Choose the place across the road for better rooms and better service!

Так себе, 900 тыс. риалов за трипл, номера убогие, постельное белье вызывает подозрения, завтрак бедный. Близко к дворцу, далек от исторических домов.

Mediocre dishes. The shishleek smelled like sheep! The fish had a pungent smell of seawater. The food is cheaper and with better quality at the traditional restaurants a few kilometers up the street. - mahdi daghigh
