Super clean , everything looks new. The staff is the friendliest we've met in all of New Zealand. And great location, the lake right in front of you. 10 min walk from the bustle of the city centre.

The kitchen is nice and spacious , some people don't clean after themselves though. Don't be that person. There is a nice lounge area . The free wifi is also pretty good. ????????
