Gilda was fabulous! She was delightful, helpful and cheery. The veil came in within about two weeks, and the dress , expected in November is here already in August! Wonderful experience.

Always check your dress size they don't check for you they just order a dress two sizes to big
Absolute fucking joke. Elisabeth was so useless. She wouldnt help us or pull dresses . She told me none of the dresses would fit me. Was too busy helping someone else even tho we had an appointment.
Customer service is slow, even if you make an appointment;however, Deb redeemed our experience so ask to work with her.
Worst unorganized mess EVER! Prepare to waste most of your afternoon here. The only reason you would go here is if you don't want to spend a lot of money!
