My wife and I's nickname for it is "Cheap Chinese." Get there a half-hour after peak meal hours and the food is fresh. 12:30 instead of 12. 5:30 instead of 5. Otherwise, you get the re-heated stuff

アジア人だとほぼ１００％の確率で中国人だと思われ、中国語で話しかけられます（笑）店員は英語が上手ではないのであまり通じませんが、別に支障は無いです。６ドルちょいでバッフェ形式。中国人曰く「多少アメリカナイズされている」が、非常に美味しい。中国語が読める・話せるのであれば、店員に頼むと本格中華料理 のメニューも出してもらえます。そっちは値段高めですが、本格中華料理 （これも美味しい）が食べられます。
