Great place to stay on the cheap . You just may have to share a bathroom . If you want amenities , this isn't the place for you. But it's close to the quarter and like staying at a friends house. A++

The dog charge is now $10 at the end of 2013, and holes in the towels.
Cold in winter months as there is no central heat. Towles are so worn out they have holes in them. Front desk staff is friendly .
