Customer service is excellent. I received replacement of ribs and corn because the oven wasn’t smoking well . The corn was complimentary . The ribs were delicious.

Two employees arguing right at the front door. Had to wait for them to finish before I was greeted. My waitress was nice. Steak was tough but tasty. Did they microwave my broccoli ? ????

Sat at a table for over 10 minutes with no service - not even a drink order. Multiple servers around, no one stopped. Had to ask the bartender to send a manager out, and he didn't. WILL NOT RETURN!

I got here 5 minutes after they opened for lunch and the bathroom was nasty. Didn't look like it was cleaned since the night before or two! Gross!

We were sat by the manager right away and 10 minutes later, we hadn't even seen a server. We left. Fail Chili 's!
