We went threw 5 rooms and every room had at least 6 hairs in the sheets or threaded threw the mattress cover but the thing that grosses me out was the dirty finger nail under the blanket

I left some items behind, so called housekeeping. Had to leave a voicemail; it took them 5 days to respond and say they didn't find anything. Someone in housekeeping has my $24 shampoo & conditioner.

Most staff are new to Canada so there English is hard to understand.

You have in out privileges if you pay for a full day of parking .

Hotel is looking rough in the rooms. Rips in the bed skirts , stains on the ceilings and curtains. For the prices they charge here not really worth it.

The Omega Lounge has the best nachos in the city .

Hotels getting pretty tired. Elevators aren't all working most of time and service could be better.
