The shuttle service is awesome, if you ask they can take you to the SouthPark Mall and pick you up whenever you call, also they go to the airport anytime for free.

Awesome hotel ! We stayed here after leaving the Howard Johnson feeling nasty. It was clean and affordable and had a great breakfast buffet !

Newly remodeled lobby and common area. Rooms are comfortable and clean . Frequent layover spot for airline crews .

Bucci 's restaurant in the Crowne is pretty darn yummy. And very reasonably priced for a hotel venue.

Don't bother going to the bar a half hour before close. They'll tell you at the desk its open but when you get there the bartenders will say otherwise cause their job is "too hard"

Worse hotel in Ohio, the place was filthy and the staff didn't care. Dirtiest restrooms and just plan nasty.

4am shuttle doesn't mean 4am. It means 415am. And no... I don't want to go wait in my room until the van shows up. What the heck?! It's 4am. I wouldve liked the extra 15 minutes of sleep.

Never have encountered a friendly employee here...they are all extremely rude!
