Be prepared to wait for your ramen . It takes them a long time to make, but the potato one is worth it. Really different. Get it with the pork charsui and enjoy the rely chewy noodles

Get the mini charsyu don and the Niseko Ramen (potato ramen )
Better than any ramen in Sapporo though
