The frontdesk staff ,and therapist are great but the Management is careless to the needs of the customers,and the well being of it's employees;thats why you see allot of turnovers,in that location

Terrible. I had a membership that I canceled. When you cancel your membership they EXPIRE! I PAID for them. I tried to make an appointment today 3/6. They informed me my credit expired on March 4!
