Pathetic staff , poor service very bad experience. They dont tell you what comes with your suite or package, bathroom slippers , toothbrush kit , shaving kit tv cable PER DAY is included in your stay.
Well maintained 5* property, very old. Needs to be renovated. Good food and service.

THERE ARE RATS ON THE ROOF AND AC SYSTEM INSIDE THE ROOMS! Management treats it as a COMMON situation. VANISH while you can!
It's ok. Service isn't what it could be, particularly when compared to others in Jaipur. Facilities seem dated. Not really "luxurious".
