Their breakfast is one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had in my life. This place deserves at least a Michelin star !

Great for breakfast and well worth it, but it expensive , 200,000IRP pp. Eggs benedict and pancakes are both amazing. The jam selection is really worth trying and the location and staff are great.

Personally loved the steak and pork belly , but if you're looking for something cleaner, go for their lunch sets as they have rice bowls . It is quite affordable and hearty.

I loved the seared tuna burger , rock lobster fried rice , and copper burger . Wow they were all sublime and the chef came even came up to me and said hello and greeted me. Super happy with everything.

I went to Copper for dinner and had the most amazing experience under a starry, romantic night. Had the crispy pork belly and gindara which was the best ever I have tasted in any restaurant !

Better food than you can find in the town area. Tom yum gong was good. Dessert is the highlight - try the corn and olive oil ice cream !

Nice place and atmosphere. Staff very friendly . We chose Copper because we saw they got international food, but actually everything has an Asian touch. They have a small garden .
