If you are looking for platform 4b you will find it under the bridge on your left.

If your train departs from platform 4 or 5 - make sure to arrive a bit earlier due to always crowded and always under renovation tunnels

To get a ticket use the automatic teller as a first option, specially if you dont speak polish, I went with a teller with the instructions written in polish and she gave me tickets to the wrong city .

Skip the ticket office queues. There are ticket machines a bit towards the old station, close to the elevator and information desk.

What a mess. Very easy to get lost. The station is split across two sections - platforms 1-3 are located in the new building, whereas 4-6 are in the old one. Few ok spots to grab a coffee and a snack .

Elevators are weird here. There is one elevator on each platform to get you to level -1 (underground passage) and another elevator to gry you from -1 to train stadion on level +1

As Piotr B said to find platform 4b and 5 you have to head along platform 1 and then you will see signs for platforms 4-6 confusingly organised

Lost? Do not worry, you're not the only one, even locals can find themselves in the middle of nowhere!

Cozy waiting room above platform 1. City Gallery is interesting and one can wait for the train all over the place even at night, after shops get closed!

Complete logistical mess. If you can't find your platform just ask someone for help

There's a magical thing going on a new train st... Try to smile at the staff .... An amazing thing will happen - thet will.... smile back at you ;)

Free parking in the shopping centre up to 1h. Top level is directly above platforms 1-3, with direct access.

I like this station. Lots to do, when you have to wait for the train you won’t get bored.

Big line to the tickets office on the 1st floor. Better go upstairs where cashiers are speaking English

If you can, buy your ticket in advance. Now, when only new station is in use, 20 minutes on Tuesday afternoon is not enough for waiting line to even slightly move :/

The new train station is nothing but a retail center with a few raillines on the side. Lack of passage from the bus to the train station . Complete mess.

If you're paying with card inform the cashier about it at the beginning

Вокзал почти в центре города . Старый город в пешей доступности. рядом большой тц. Камеры хранения работают только за наличный расчет!

ja rozumiem, że budują nowy dworzec, ale organizacja tam jest KO SZmARNA. Pani, która powinna do 24:00 sprzedać bilety rozpoczęła robić sprawozdanie miesięczne o 23:00. Zero informacji o czymkolwiek.

Nowa część, ta wyremontowana prezentuje się bardzo dobrze. Na razie brak kolejek do kas . Jak zrobią cały w takim stylu, to będzie pięknie. Nowocześnie, ale ze smakiem. Na razie mój ulubiony dworzec.

Na nowym dworcu (duzy szklany budynek po prawej od wyjscia ze starego dworca) jest ciepło i można spokojnie usiąść.

W piątek sa ogromne kolejki do kas , wiec przyjdź wcześniej lub kup bilet w internecie.
