Reception is on the 4th floor of the building on Via Mario De' Fiori. No grandiose entrance to the Hotel . Expect not to get a room in that building. The suites overlooking Spanish steps are NOISY !
Our room is amazing, the staff go above and beyond, and great location. Will definitely recommend!!
When they give me single room for 270 st 1400 with a bath and they say my rom is not ready and i have to change 1730 i wondering if they understand custoner service well and i must ssy they do not

First thing visited in Rome. Great for photos, when it's not raining, you can sit for a while & enjoy a delicious tiramisu from nearby pompi. On the top, there is a also church.Definately a must see! - Sidira Kuria
