Harika, harika, harika. Ege ve Marmara' da her ilçede köfte yemişimdir. Pala' nın Bergama köftesi gibisini hiçbir yerde yemedim. Tam tekmil piyaz da bunun yanına eklenince dadından yinmez.
Köfte , piyaz , çığırtma yedik bayıldık. Üstüne kadayıflı muhallebi Kemalpaşa gömdük. O kadar lezzetliydi ki fotoğraf çekmeyi atlamışız. :)
Cok guzel kasap koftesi ve kellesi var rakiyla bu lezzetler bulusunca ap ayri bir tad olusuyor tavsiye ederimm ;-)
Köfte ya da biftek fark etmez, hepsi süper ama yanına da piyaz şart. 😬
