I really enjoyed my stay in this all inclusive resort . I stayed for 3 days and felt like a king. At first I felt akward because i read all the negative reviews from various sources.

The beach is beautiful and it's the hotel 's strongest point. Some rooms are quite dated and damaged. Be picky! Weekends there are filled with local citizens so expect long waiting lines to eat.

For sure its a old hotel , but the beds are very good , the room is clean and it's very cheap !! The view it's impossible to describe ... Just coming and seeing in person !!! Love it !!!!

The beach is kind of the only good thing. There is no Wifi .... only in the lobby. The food is the lowest quality, drinks too.

The sun is perfect, all other is terrible. No value for your money, there are 1000+ better hotels in this beautifull country . Dont fall for the ohotoshopped pictures....

I was bit a dissapointed - AC and TV didn´t work, balcony´s door was broken, not so clean equipment.. But location is good, the food was excellent.

I must say that this hotel is by far the worst one of the 4 hotels I visited in DR. If you ever went to another hotel in DR stay away from this one otherwise you'll be likely disapointed.

There's a line for the buffet because only one of their two restaurants is open, I will never come back to this place, their service is lousy and the rooms were old and in need of some serious repair.

No tip, they will charge you for everything.... all included ... not. The laundry service is only if you go to the lobby and the person in charge takes item for item. Front desk are super rude.

Terrible service, rooms are dirty , customer service/attendants are rude, wifi is not free and has terrible quality, food is left over from what is not used, they will charge you for every little thing

Be sure to book the restaurant before 9am!!!!!

Неплохой отель . Еда отличная, бары круглосуточные, персонал приветливый,пляж песчаный, удобный заход . Анимация на уровне 5+. Минусы:номера нуждаются в серьёзном ремонте, WiFi дорогой и медленный

Свои 4* оправдывает. Еда супер, море класс , чисто, анимация гуд. Минус: платный wifi , уборщики воруют деньги в номере , по мелочи конечно (у меня 5$) прям с рюкзака взяли, но не приятно...

Хороший отель (не гарден!), отличный пляж , вкусная еда, бесплатный бар в номере . Минусы: чудовищно медленный интернет (лимит 1 час в день - альтернатива: карта Claro на 3gb за 31$) и грязный бассейн.

Все супер! Инет лучше покупать в супермаркете 5 дней 7$, ограничение 5 гБ, очень удобно и все летает

Hoy llegue a las 11:00pm al hotel y mi llave no abría y tuve que esperar a las 2:00AM para que abrieran la hab. para poder cambiarme a otra (que no tiene agua ) WORST HOTEL EVER!

El elevador se averió hace 3 días y no lo han arreglado... La comida es malísima (toda), y sin hablar de que nos tomó 5 horas hacer el check in !!! (Después de haber enviado rooming list y todo)

No limpian las habitaciones (toalla, zafacones, cama ) los empleados son estúpidos, te tienes que bañar como si estuvieran hirviendo un pollo (sólo hay agua caliente, MUY CALIENTE), la tvs no sirven.

Muy mal servicio al cliente, no resuelven problemas a los clientes, habitación estaba sucia, descuidada y ni buscaron una mejor, solo otra similar pero con otro color , ni siquiera enviar un enemigo

El peor hotel de boca chica, y eso que nos asignaron las mejores habitaciones supuestamente

Esta bien para pasar no mas de una noche . No hay mucho que hacer, la comida no es muy buena!
