You have to have breakfast at this local "greasy spoon " diner ! It's fast, yummy, and you can see the cooks making your food!
This is the best place to eat breakfast in Laramie and their burgers are top notch too.
Best breakfast in town by far!!! Try the Rizzo hangover special, a chicken fried steak sandwich with pepperjack cheese , bacon and jalapenos !
The huge portions , their breakfast burritos and amazing cinnamon rolls .
Total cop stop for lunch and coffee , if you don't mind that, its a great spot. If you do, just do carry out , their food is great.
Great little diner in a great college town ...
Best greasy spoon breakfast in town .
I recommend The Tower!
Very cheap quality food made with tons of oil and grease. Not the best tasting. They also will NOT accommodate to vegans at all!
Try, love, eat a tin of the homemade french fries . Better than In and Out!
Best breakfast in town !
Best French fries west of the Mississippi!
Breakfast burritos are awesome!
Say hello to Ace and Shorty!
Increible cafeteria! Desayunos baratos y ricos acompañados de un excelente servicio. Perfecto para los crudos que se levantan a las 2 de la tarde ya que sirven desayunos todo el dia! ????????????????

Excellent staff and big portions, one of the best Perkins I've eaten at. - Chet Manley
I asked my phone for the best burger in Laramie, and Roxie's was #1 on the list. After trying the Wyoming Whiskey Burger, I understand why! Yum! My son liked the Bison Burger. Great service too. - Ken Sellers
Delicious chai and lattes. Splendid pastries and food. Lovely atmosphere and awesome baristas and baristos. - Naia Nyx
Don't get anything from the Deli. Meat and Seafood is where it's at! - Brian Measles
