Cute old fashioned market but not very active on a weekday morning. The website says it’s open from 3am to midday and advises visiting between 5am to 10am but many shops were closed at 8.30-9.00time

There’s a shokudo eating area at the back. You can buy fish at the market and rice in the shokudo to eat in at the tables set up there. - K B
