Great, friendly staff ! Grab a mat, make sure you get at least 3 different kettlebell weights , and sit facing an AC vent! Go at your own pace, start with the heavier kettlebell and work your way down.

Had private training w/ Nate & intro me to different martial arts style. He was patient & explained clearly. Super nice & clean facilities . Bring your own gloves cuz the shared ones smell like BO.

New, beautiful space!! They moved next door and Kettlebell is now on the ground floor. Two bathrooms in the back past the lounge area and locker rooms are downstairs.

Yahmeela Serna

Must take Jenel's advanced kettle bell class . Not only does it help loosen the hips to do the best muay thai kicks but burns the fat under the arms right away. Tones both men & women & class is coed

Melissa Fudor

Loved the Kettlebell class here - most enjoyable fitness class I've had in awhile! Really clean & new gym , with the AC on full blast I still left dripping with sweat ;)

The kettlebell kickboxing class was a great workout. You use different weights for different movements. Great space & awesome teacher . Loved it.

The kettlebell classes are a fantastic work out! The staff is uber friendly but the locker room is ice cold. Bring a sweatshirt.

Newbies, don't start off with heavy weights cause it'll hurt! Start light & build your way up.
