Staff members do not seem to know the difference between their left and right hands. On an average of ordering from this 5/7 times a week, 4/5 times they missed something. IT SUCKS.
Worst Tims in Kelowna. Was told to pull up for tea as it was going to be 3 mins but she was pouring it. After 15 I got fed up and went inside to ask for bagged Tea and they said they had "forgotten"!
