During the week the parking after work is rammed.
The parking lot is packed after work from Monday-Wednesday.

The new Men's steam room has more room, more bench space, and looks great.

Possibly the nicest Goodlife in Ottawa. Not busy, clean showers and lots of nice little touches like built in shower rack and shoe shelf in the lockers, and the equipment is well taken care of. - Mark Legault
