Organic, local, no preservatives, mainly vegetarian , vegan . Delicious, even for a meat lover myself. Love the outdoor patio - reminds me of Europe.

They don't serve regular soda here, so get the natural Outrageous Ginger Ale , it's outstanding.
Be prepared to wait, but the breakfast was well worth it.
