Fantastic, kind, and helpful staff . Sadly, the hotel is still using the excuse of covid not to clean your room during your stay. Windows will not open, unhealthy!
To remove hotel mode from in room TV 's press 319753 followed by mute on remote to access service menu. Useful for accessing HDMI channels & connecting external devices that are hotel disabled
