L'espace au rez-de-chaussée est convivial et son grand îlot central est tout simplement excellent. L'étage est envahi d'étudiants et les places trop rares . La connexion Wifi offerte est nickel.

The Capitole building is open to the public (on most days) and the art work inside is stunning. Best viewed with a guide to explain the historical context. The place (square) itself is quite animated. - Faris Samawi
