Shark's fin soup with mushroom & vegetable decent. Not usual rich thick soup but thin like Cantonese double boiled soup . Tasted nourishing. Good amount of shark's fin (not top quality,given the price)
Scallop & abalone fried rice : decent amount of abalone . Fried with kai lan stem cubes: weird, didn't work. Fried rice very light & quite plain - fragrance from egg but no smoky wok flavour.
Ginseng soup came with the fried rice and it had a super strong ginseng taste (I couldn't taste anything else).
They share the back kitchen with the other restaurant with ALMOST identical name, but serve slightly different kind of food.
Very good BBQ pork and roast duck .
Roast duck is very good
Long lineup + slow service = extremely slow service!!! But the BBQ meat was delicious! I got the BBQ pork and the roast pork .
Roast pork is pretty good and clean here
