Great beach to go when it's hot & sunny. Usually pretty crowded though but you should be able to find a place for yourself. I think many people would be surprised there's a beach like this in Oulu.

I’d rank this as the second (or third) best beach in Finland after Yyteri and maybe Kalajoen hiekkasärkät. Beautiful. Really feels like I’m not in Finland at all.

The trails to the south are very nice fore bike ride , but don't walk it; The skeeters will get you!

Very nice sandy beach by the ocean in Oulu. 4 beach volley fields and nice people. :)
