I have shopped at this 7/11 since I transferred to Radford. I live in the apartments above the store. They operate large vehicles far beyond normal hours and lied to my face about doing it.

The store continues to operate semi trucks and other large vehicles, and allows the drivers to idle the engine while they make the delivery , at all hours of the night.  Absolutely. Infuriating.

I will not stop criticizing and shaming your company and your location until you discontinue your selfish actions and exercise corporate responsibility. This means war. You are destroying my life.

I have filed a complaint with 7/11 corporate and they have assured me that they are escalating the issue. Having been lied to and having lost countless hours of sleep, I couldn't care less.

I cannot understate the damage that 7/11's delivery schedule has caused me. Countless, countless hours of sleep lost. My life is falling apart because they will not alter their delivery schedule.

Deliver between 9pm and 9am, it is NOT DIFFICULT TO ORGANIZE SUCH A SCHEDULE. Your greed is driving people's lives into the ground and you are doing NOTHING to fix it.

Management of the store also informed me that, "They can do nothing," because, "The deliveries have to come in." Okay. And I have to sleep. The people who live here HAVE TO SLEEP.

I hope anyone that ever shops at this location realizes how greedy and careless this corporation is, and that they have done NOTHING to change. Until things change I will not retract this sentiment.
