The view from the room was incredible. The room was also clean and spacious . Hotel is walking distance to the city centre.On-street parking is a nightmare, pay $10 per day to get an on-site park .
Great place to stay only 10 min from CBD of Queenstown. They need to put in a ski clothing drying room/s
Be prepare to get lost in this maze like hotel .

Beautiful city and great location however the rooms are due for an upgrade or refresh. Bathroom may not be suitable for anyone with mobility (tall bathroom hob). Great staff, very friendly and helpful - Josh Hughes
