The scotch eggs are a must. Pub burger has a pub cheese spread on it that is incredible. Finish with the apple pie . Love the old feel of the place. Enjoy a drink at the pub next door UNDERGROUND!
Get the seasonal beer sampler , don't forget to ask about the current beer special . The walnut vinegarett is unbeatable as are the pub favorite bangers and mash . Enjoy the food and 19th C atmosphere.

Stopped in at the restaurant for a sample Since the pub was closed. Waitresses were less than helpful, and I could have written my name in the built up dust on the side table. Not a good experience.
