Not only is the first floor a quiet floor, but so is the third floor. I was here for 5 hours last night because I was listening to music and forgot where I was.

They have great suggestion tip cards. Fill one out and pretend like you are an alien. The staff loves it.

The lady at the coffee place is such a doll. And they have good coffee and snacks .

Beware of the kid who talks to everyone at night. He won't go away unless you yell at him. We call him "the troll"...

Downstairs is a no talking zone. Perfect place to focus on studies.
