Clearly one of the lesser LH lounges I have seen. Looks like it is in desperate need of an update. Also the food provided looked like it was out there for several hours already.

Lounge has the basics but not more, e.g. one hot meal but not even some cheese for a sandwich during the day (only breakfast ). Terrible reception up there, mitigated a bit through the Telekom wifi .

Be prepared to be yelled at when you do not have your Star Alliance Gold card - even when your status is printed in large letters on your ticket.

Traveling VIE-STR-EWR on OS/UA Business Class ticket as Star Alliance Gold . OS couldn't print UA BPs and transfer desk closed. Asked LH agent at the door for advice. She barked that we had to leave.

Do not miss the Mövenpick fridge !
