The best hotel we stayed in Shanghai when you consider the amazing location (close to French Concession and East Nanjing), great food, shopping and art around+clean hotel with good rooms and spa .

Their spa is absolutely the best among many other 5 stars in Shanghai 👍 Clean , mostly quiet and has individual hot pools . Everything works well . Great breakfast , location and service as well . ⭐️

Very Cosy rooms and sometimes friendly staff . Pity I didn't check out the spa , but now I have a reason to return 😊 GREAT location!!

service at breakfast is bad: expresso served in a big cup, tables are not cleaned , lack of plates and nobody took care ... this had been much better a year ago

二楼的圆苑中餐厅还不错，安静，价格偏贵但可以接受。
