The best place to get an ice-cream while in Jaffna town . Lot's of variety and flavors and the prices are reasonable too.

Hagen das would be bankrupt if rio ice cream went international, the mega is probably the best if your not sure what you want but beware, its larger than what the price seems to indicate

Very crowded place.. You need to pay and find a table and be seated until some waiter come and collect you bill. Well we had to give 20 rupee bribe to get one of them pay attention to us
