While I'm sure the rest of the menu is great, the Ciabatta breakfast alone justifies a trek. Dry cured bacon , 2 fried eggs on an open toasted ciabatta with tomato chutney & parmesan . Good god.
Nice and cozy place! Good coffee and tasty food. Staff was very friendly .
The fry breakfast is great and filling, lots of customization options. Also available in a coeliac version.
Tasty eggs , tasty soda , tasty coffee . A tasty place.
The way an Ulster Fry should be served up - lovely!
Gorgeous place, good food, but portion sizes a little mean I thought (over a fiver for two tiny pieces of wheaten and poached eggs )... tasty though!
Recommend their Ciabatta breakfast .
Also, it's a joy to have a nice cuppa that doesn't smell of wet dog and from a teapot that doesn't leak everywhere when you pour it!
Delightful tea spread and fun service with lively waitress (owner?)
Great food and atmosphere menu is always being transformed. A must visit a jewel in the heart of Ballyhackamore. - Lisa Mulholland Aspire Photography
Also try the vegetarian quiche or the bagel with chicken & cashew nuts; both superb. More info on CG at www.commongrounds.co.uk. You could also head through nearby Botanic Gdns to the Ulster Museum. - Tracy Dempsey
Braised beef shin pie was delicious! Ambiance is great, love the style - Ryan Nixon
