I never stayed here but w often hv work meetings at this hotel . Staff is v friendly & helpful, their meeting room on top (9th floor) is bright , airy, has a balcony & all facilities u need for meetings
3 stars hotel with really spacious room and bathroom . The breakfast spread was pretty decent as well . Pleased with their friendly hospitality .
Stay here if you enjoy friendly staff , a stinky room, and a shower that floods the entire restroom .
Location is okay, room did not live up to expectations from website.

Great little hotel just round the corner from it's legendary sister metropole Sofitel.Just 5 mins walk to the south of old quarter lake. Breakfast is good too! Will be back. - Ting

It has one of the best locations in Hanoi as it is super near Hoan Kiem Lake. It needs a little renovation & refurbishing though to keep up with other new hotels cropping up in the area. - May A.
MUST VISIT: Never miss this impressive structure when visiting Hanoi! The queue towards Ho Chi Minh's embalmed body is long but it will only take you less than an hour to pass through the plaza. - Dwight Jason Ronan
