Visit the fort for free. Some good historical info is available although the area has become a bit commercialized with retail .
Rif Fort... Good start to surf Willemstad... Some tourist shops, Mexican restaurant , Cheese Store , and finally, good place to be - The Sopranos Piano Bar with new musician each month...
The ambiance, the building, the stores, restaurants ... all is good.
The stores are nice and most are air conditioned , however the do not barter. However the quality of the items were a notch up compared to the stores across the bridge where you can barter.
