to get a good parking spot come early, wait until the DLD and RERA ofiices opens... otherwise leave your car somewhere else and walk.

Secure your appointment for transfer . Otherwise, walk-in will never assure you if it will happen or not. Up to you if you want to wait from opening till their closing until someone accommodates you.

you need at least 4hrs just to get a yes or no answer. what more with complicated questions? 1 day i supposed?
