Even though it's not on the menu , you can get a large creamy cooler if you ask nicely.
Haven't experienced the issues others have reported. Seems like a standard Costa, so don't expect the best service in the world. Chai Latte is nice.

Yes, it's busy but the coffee was hot & the staff were polite in the face of some rather impolite customers. Baristas are people too!

Avoid like the plauge! terrible service and badly made drinks! also lots of dirty tables and very limited seating when they close upstairs in the middle of the day, as well as dirty toilets
