Totally worth taking the time. Leave your car at La Spazia & take the train . View you’re looking for is at Manarola . Enjoy daily catch fish & chips at Riomaggiore . Vernazza has great views from top.
Spend at least two days in Cinque Terre and hike from town to town via the coastal trail . Note - it's best to hike from Vernazza to Monterrosso to avoid the endless staircase.
Amazing place! Hike from monterosso all the way to Corgnilia for amazing view of the villages
Breath taking in every way! It has amazing views but some of the hiking part are very challenging. Bring enough water and robust shoes with. It’s not going to be a walk in the park ! ☝????
The coastal hike from Monterosso to Vernazza is gorgeous, but if you're feeling brave the hike from Monterosso to Levanto is less crowded , free, and more beautiful (but also steeper).
... don’t forget to pay the fees. They check on each entry point and you can only pay by cash. Or go to the ???? station and get a combi ticket (30€). Check if parts of the tracks are closed!!
Cinque Terre is easily one of the most scenic locations on the Italian Riviera. While all five towns are accessible via road , rail and sea, Vernazza offers the most.
This is a unesco heritage site! Hiking between villages a must to experience the feel. Vineyards on the way. Vernazza to monterosso hike is 1hr 50min and pretty easy!
Can be done in a single day using the local trains . The best villages in order are riomaggiore , vernazza , monterosso, manarola and corgnilia
If u reach here after 6pm. The shops/hotels and all the houses was closed already. From the seaside train station u need to climb up to the center to found what u need. Its tiring.
Historic, spectacular, multi-colored borgoes overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, nestled between rocky reliefs and steep cliffs that are a sheer drop away from the coast: this is the Cinque Terre Read more
Buy the weekly local train ticket or the Cinque Terre Card with train expansion and spend a couple of days exploring all five villages (and Levanto while you're at it).
One of the must visit places of the Northwest Italian coast. 5 small and picturesque villages , each with its beauties.
Really unique place because of a sea, mountains , colorful houses and narrow streets combination
Really beautiful hike between their Cinque Terre villages but good footwear and water needed
Should be on everyone’s bucket list. Incredible natural beauty, great hiking , and fantastic food.
Beautiful area with many great hikes . Check to see what's opened before setting out.
Wonderful park ! Good tracking roads , beautiful views , nice beaches
Every time I visit, I make sure to grab lemon gelato in every town . :)
Beautiful crystal clear waters and breathtaking views .
Amazing. Go for the beach in Monterosso.
There’s a walking path from Levanto to Riomaggiore and further to La Spezia!
The Ligurian coast between Cinque Terre and Portovenere is a cultural landscape of great scenic and cultural value Read more

Riomaggiore ...(;
Breathtaking!!
Nice food (:
Posto fantastico - Alex Premoli
Super rocky trail, mostly uphill from vernazza. Make sure to bring supportive shoes. Not as scenic as the Monterosso-Vernazza hike. - Christine Wang
Stunning place to visit and stay. We stayed 4 nights and it was relaxing. Delicious restaurants, even had a gluten free restaurant - Lunch Box. A bit busy during the day, but still beautiful. - Rebecca Howse
A serious hiking trail, quite strenuous, very narrow paths close to the cliff side, lots of steep ascents and descents. Bring good hiking boots, fresh water and a camera - views are spectacular! - Kirill Solovjov
