They want to push this situation under the rug as if it never happened NOPE..it's been 2 months, they didn't update my request about the rep for my massage and somehow can't find the contract.
Shelby had me sign the request for transfer, have me a copy and 2 months after they still have my account and aren't able to find the signed contract of transfer..this has been two months
You have customers fill out specifics but you never adhere to them..it took 1/2 hour off my session and now my file update can't be found

Shelby told me the transfer would be in effect but because of the negative review they somehow "lost" the documents..Spoke to Nicole who said that they were requesting me give them a copy of my copy.

So disappointed. I could not get a refund on a gift card I purchased the day before. No indication, anywhere, that there are no refunds. Card says it But u get that AFTER purchase,that’s too late!
