You can't go to Door County without visiting Al Johnson's. The meatballs were better seasoned and more dense than in times past. Swedish pancakes are delicious!

We got the best seat in the house. Right in the corner so my husband could people watch . Love the uniforms the waitresses have to wear. Makes it very authentic . :)

With as touristy as it is, you’d expect mediocre food, but it really is tasty. Swedish pancakes and pickled herring are great. Sewing meatballs are just okay. Lingonberry lemonade is a must try

Love it! Friendly bartenders drink prices reasonable and love being outside! They have different games to play also!

Swedish breakfast with goats on the grass roof . Sadly didn’t eat here as it had a 3-hour wait, but thoroughly enjoyed the butik (boutique ) next door.

Pickled Herring is fantastic. They pickle it on site. Very good portions good service and an excellent place to eat

We went during the off season and it was full of locals but no wait time. You can tell the staff loves their regulars and our waiter could not have been nicer.
