Very well run and organised. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Wish they had something like this in Sydney. My 3 year old loved it, she was so engaged with the live shows. Worth the 3 hour drive.
Such an amazing place and it makes science so appealing. Just be careful not to get lost in the swarm of kids tearing the place apart !
Make sure you spare 30mins for awesome science shows in Japan Theatre every hour. They vary each time, prepared by the amazing Excited Particles & suit for all ages!
Great place for kids to explore and have fun. Expensive but you can spend the whole day (they allow you to leave, go for lunch etc) and then go back in.
Very educational , I think the adults have more fun in here to be honest.

Kids and adults can enjoy everything Questacon has available.
Get there early to avoid the crowds and school groups. Parking is quickly snapped up by the local public servants in surrounding buildings.

This has got to be one of the best venues in Australia. It's run like a professional business by a bunch of people who seem to really care. Love it. Recently refurbed too
MiniQ (on the ground level) is great for younger kids.
Mini Q is pretty neat as soon as kids can crawl or sit up, annual membership is cheap compared to mall play centres.
You now have to book tickets to take the little ones in the toddler part. Remember the only part of the place kids actually like?! Prepare for disappointment.
Forget bringing the kids, this place is awesome for adults ! Or big kids as we like to be called :)

It's for children with adult explanations! Truly interesting for all ages!
If you don't have children, I wouldn't recommend coming. Even if things are interesting you're competing with unruly kids.
Questacon is so much fun whether you are a kid or an adult .
Check out the free shows. They are awesome for all ages.
If you are a powerhouse member you can use the members lounge just go to info desk and they give you the key.
Mini q has loads of stools so smaller kids don't muss out!
The free fall was awesome! And you can't spend only half day in Questacon. You'll need a full day!
