The servers earn $15/day& they work hard.even though all inclusive & the website says tips included, your servers and bartenders survive on tips.good rule is a buck/drink.even room maids need tips :-)
Basically stock up on dollars so you can tip everyone that provides service. Gift shop people were mostly rude. Best bartender is in swim up bar at adult section is Tyrone......more next paragraph

We bet him $10 he couldn't drink shot from the glass on the top of his head w/o using hands..He did it and we paid up. He was the most entertaining of all.
