I completely disagree, I come here EVERY DAY and always get great service, yes sometimes it's busy, what Starbucks isn't at prime coffee time? Employees are always friendly .

One of the better Starbucks in the area. Close to the intersection of route 2 and 27 and WAY more seating than the Concord Starbucks. No clover though!

we love our baristas and food/drinks are always quick and correct.

They now have only 2 chairs...and a 14' communal table ...with stools...ouch

I'm here all the time. The employees are delightful- they kick concord center's asses on skinny lattes - hipness and niceness.

Leave yourself plenty of time in the a.m. They are notoriously slow & understaffed. Half the time they don't get your order right.

I second Sean's comment - go to the Starbucks in nearby Concord instead

Good service , but some of the customers are horribly rude.

Bad service today; can't say whether that's typical. But traffic flow of store design is awful.

Unfortunately the service here is slow and the employees hate life. You are better off going without.
