Rooms are big. A big family like ours fits in perfectly. Very laidback. And the couches are a treat too.

we booked here for our Midyear convention . The place is accessible since it’s nearby Luxe Hotel which is the main convention . Breakfast - limited choices. CR- no bidet .

The facilities have improved (new gym , swimming pool , gaming room and lounge ) but the service has deteriorated. The use of gym and swimming pool is separately charged with P100/head/use.

Love their 2nd floor cafe ! Affordable options without sacrificing the taste! Go for a pasta , too!

Please fix your service!!! This is my second time to encounter problems w/my hotel key. The key won't work when I enter the room. It's not easy to go back down when i'm tired! #stress

high end hotel , can keep up w/ manila hotels although its located in cagayan de oro :-)

If you’re bringing a car, there’ll be limited parking slots so prepare to wait for hours. Also, there’s no bidet 😒 but at least it’s just beside limketkai mall

Their bacon and pancake are my everyday fave! Try it! 👍

And oh, one more thing! Housekeeping always forget to put towels into your toilet so you have to call every time.

We have stayed at a lot ofhotels and the service at Mallberry is by far the worst..dirty glasses foodleft for twodays and not cleaned up and I steppedon glass twice/Everything is charged terrible wifi

Seda hotel is waaaaaaay better!!! Mallberry is Not even close! Seda hotel has Superb staff and amazing rooms!

This is the most convenient hotel in cdo , its at the center of the commercial center (limketkai).

Give the hotel a 2nd chance. It's not the best but definitely better than others given its location.

Location wise, it's good. Rooms have deteriorsted since my last stay. Airconditioning is not that good, rest rooms kinda smell. They need major changes to keep up with other hotels .

Wifi = bad connection ; cable = none (or mine was disconnected) ; room and bathroom = clean and spacious ; friendly staff

The rooms are clean and the receiving party was warm. Poor customers service at the restaurant Rosso. Worst? Wine was served in a water goblet. It was Christmas eve and there was no spirit of xmas.

There is wifi everywhere. Their reservation hotline is always busy.

If you want a smoke-free environment, go to the hotel 's 2nd floor lounge ;p

The worst not so business hotel in cdo ! A glass of ice,an extra pillow ,reheating of food has a charge, gym & pool use has an additional charge!Next time,breathing of air will also have a charge!

I've been taught not to complain about food, but since this is a paid stay, I will: breakfast here sucks. I'd prefer they give me a can of tuna . All I'm getting is processed food - 2 kinds of them.

Hot water for tub is really hot. I felt like being slowly cooked alive.
