Place d'Armes Hotel is a hotel Orleans Parish Louisiana located in United States.
625 Saint Ann St (btwn Royal St & Chartres St.) New Orleans , LA 70116 United States
To those who say it's "run down" at 200 it's age IS the charm. It is clean & everything works. If not your thing, stay in the CBD but in my HO, the PDA right in the Vieux Carre is NOLA perfection
We really enjoyed our stay. It was the cheapest we could find in the French Quarter and the location is fantastic. We didn't care about having windows, and didn't experience anything supernatural
Great location in the quarter with awesome courtyard , can get a bit loud during the night and early mornings, but if you can get past that, great place to stay
We stayed in a room overlooking Jackson square . It was great. When our feet needed a rest from walking around sitting on the balcony listening to the music and sounds of the area were quite relaxing.
Beautiful quaint hotel right in the heart of the French Quarter. Friendly staff . Very secure, swipe key in order to get into building after hours. Reasonable price for what you get and its location
A tad shabby and the bed isn't 100% great - but the location + price are worth it. 'Breakfast ' is no better than what you'd get at the Best Western. The balcony room over St Ann st is great.
The courtyard and location are ideal. The "breakfast " is little more than muffins and coffee - unhealthy. The room was a complete disappointment: tiny & NO windows. I never thought to request windows!
Kind of expensive , but within 4 blocks of Cafe du Monde, Court of Two Sisters, Jackson Square , amd Bourbon Street. Quiet . Courtyard and pool.
It's a haunted hotel , but the bed is huge and the shower curtains are adorable. I definetely recommend it!
Haunted hotel . Guests have reported being awakened in the middle of the night by a knock at the door. Upon opening the door, they see a little girl asking about her grandmother. She then fades away.
Great location, AAA rates, continental b'fast, charming courtyard with patio . I've stayed here about 5 or 6 times and always think it's a bargain. Read more
All around awesome! Great location and beautiful
Cute place to stay in New Orleans.
Courtyard Room back in the corner- large and very nice.
Hotel that's been around since the 1800s and it's as original as one will find. If it's not a premium time to be in New Orleans, one can obtain a room for less than 100.
The back yard , the rooms!
Don't forget to check out the Continental breakfast in the small dining room.
Close to everything!
Friendly service , good shower but itchy sheets
So not let them give you Rm118.
I like to lay on the lawn and maybe nap a little.
the room had wet carpets and smelled like a wet dog. the staff was very rude. most of the electrical outlets dont work. we wont stay here again.
Bring a power strip. Not many electrical outlets available in the rooms.
good location and the heat works. that's about it.
Interior room to save money, check weather since you will lack windows.
Sneaking peeks inside cloistered courtyards ..
We booked a deluxe balcony room and when we checked in we got a small and smelly room with a window that doesn't even open to a balcony . They said too bad and we will never stay here again.
Windows off the street are quieter !
