I like the basement study room . It is much warmer in the winter and less crowded than the study rooms on thw upper floors.
All the copies of your book are out? Some are being reserved ? Don't be afraid to sneakily take a reserved book from the shelf in the short-loan room, and photocopy what you need before putting it back
State of the art library with plenty of study rooms to study and/ or have fun during the hard night hours! Always open except werkends!
If there's one place I've been in the university for the most time in the whole year.. Then this has to be it!! So gonna miss this place!!
Nice study space and members of the public can use it. Just bring Photo ID, proof of address and two passport photos.
If a computer is turned off, and has a written note on it saying it doesn't work, throw the paper aside and push the power button, and just like magic, the computer is working! People are weasels.
If you fancy a break head on down to the coffee shop and order yourself a hot chocolate with marshmallows , chocolate flake and whipped cream . Well worth the £2!
The desks all have metal bars running along them to which you can secure your laptop when you need to nip to the loo/cafe.
You simply *must* try the books !!
Cheapest hot chocolate on campus!
Print double-sided. Save money, save paper - save the world.
go to second floor silent computer room and actually work (and also frown at people if they talk)!

Library Café : Great value soup-of-the-day only £1.70
Read the books innit
