From all the Courtyards I’ve visited, this one is one of the nicest, in a very nice neighborhood

There are washing machines on the ground floor. Ask at reception and they'll sell you washing powder.
Free wifi & and remember to try the french toast
Lisa in the Bistro..is the BEST! Ask if she is working!
Oops! Wrong hotel ... But still nice if you have a tight budget.
Yesterday they told me that kitchen is closed Friday-Saturday, but today is Saturday and it is working. Ok :-)

Rooms are musty. I'm allergic to mold and my sinuses suffered. It's a shame because the remodeling looks good. Old air conditioner units
