Booked through internet and stayed for 4 days. Rooms are clean , nice and I felt comfortable here. There were lots of restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel and you can't miss them. Good place.

We stayed at An An twice during on Vietnam visit because of the lovely helpful staff and clean room . An An is in an excellent area, close to lots of cafes and shops, easy to book flights, buses ...

Just stayed yesterday and decided to give it a shot. I really enjoyed my stay here. everything looks fine and comfortable for a backpacker . I also love the location, very convenient. Will stay again.

I loved this hotel . The rooms are modern, comfortable , very clean and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are a number of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

I loved it because it is located in the central of backpacker area but not on the main street so you can avoid having the daily noise . Rooms were clean and spacious . Staff were nice and very friendly .

Had a real nice stay here. Rooms are clean , spacious and very comfortable . It's for sure not the cheapest by any stretch however, staff are friendly and keep to help where they can. Location is great

The location is great and the rooms are very comfortable . The staff are so friendly and helpful. The beds are a lot better than most hotels . The breakfast is good. I would recommend it to anybody

The staff were lovely, the rooms were clean , location great... I couldn't say a bad word. We asked to be up high and got the 9th floor which had a good view and was away from the street noise . Great.

Surprisingly..friendly staff , good service , clean room , strategic location, but bad WIFI connection inside the room. But overall I had a pleasant stay here ;)
